The staff at Belanger Body Care continues with the same values it has always offered; excellent rehabilitation of Auto and Work Injuries as well as Private Pay Patients. Individual focus on each patients specific injury; education and understanding of the injury; exercises and body ergonomics which allows each patient empowerment regarding their injury and provides the shortest recovery time possible. Physician follow-ups as needed. A warm, friendly atmosphere. Complete confidentiality. The direct handling of all paperwork with the insurance company, allowing patients to be free from financial worries.We treat all form of pain and injuries with massage therapy. We are your advocate.

I am originally from the beautiful state of Montana, where I grew up on a cattle ranch and then later attended Montana State University. I have been studying and practicing in the fields of holistic health and self-awareness for 20 years now and have helped a great many people recover their health and live happier lives. My clients range in age from 4 to 102! You're never too young or too old to heal and grow!

My life's love is to continuously learn and grow; so I regularly attend seminars and workshops and take training which allows me to integrate new techniques with the old to create individual paths to transformation for my clients. Co-creative development (Transformational Therapy) is my specialty - where I help others find the keys that unlock the doors to their own self love, fulfillment and a better life.

Steve was Kay's Massage Therapist before he came to Belanger Body Care. She loved his deep tissue treatments and convinced him to come to work for her. Steve received his training from Brian Utting School, Muscular Therapy Institute.

Steve has been a part of the Washington Sports Massage team for over 20 years and is the former chair of the AMTA ( Snohomish County American Massage Therapy Association ).

For the last 20+ years Steve has assisted hundreds of people recover from injuries as well as those who receive massage for their overall well being. With the Sports Team he assists people involved in the, Seattle to Portland (200 mile) bike ride; Seattle Marathon; Bumbershoot; Daskin Triathlon; and the Oktoberfest Marathon. He also participates during the Tour de Terrace-Mountlake Terrace three day fair.

We were pleased to treat Cathy for her Work Injury because it led to her becoming a member of our staff. She tells us that she was so impressed with our knowledge and abilities, that she knew she wanted to work here. Cathy received her training from Ashmead College.
Cathy has generously volunteered her time to Children’s Orthopedic Hospital, and also to the staff at the Department of Corrections in Monroe.
Cathy’s explains,“my goal is to help people heal and to educate them so they can stay pain free. Massage has never been about money for me – it is just an added bonus. My real love is being able to help others and to learn new effective procedures. “I love ‘blowing people away' with the new modalities that work.”
